Salans has brought in a new private equity partner and team in Warsaw

In March 2010 Piotr Dulewicz, Partner together with Michał Karwacki, Counsel and Michał Wasiak, Associate joined Salans Warsaw office as members of the firm’s M&A and Private Equity Practice team. Mr Dulewicz will be co-head of the team. Prior to joining Salans all three worked at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance. Piotr Dulewicz and his team are experts in private equity funds, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Mr Dulewicz is a highly regarded lawyer in Poland, representing private equity funds and trade investors. On the basis of positive feedback from clients he is recommended by “Chambers Europe” in the field of private equity.
